Location and Session Options
Our therapy sessions are conveniently located in Hythe and Canterbury in Kent, making us easily accessible from all of the Southeast. We understand that travelling can sometimes pose challenges, so if getting away from home concerns you, we've got you covered. We also offer EMDR sessions via Zoom, providing you with the flexibility to engage in therapy from the comfort of your own space. Your convenience and comfort are important to us, and we're committed to providing you with the support you need, wherever you are.
How much are sessions
​Sessions are provided weekly generally on the same day and time each week
EMDR Sessions will initially be 50 minutes, the fee is £80
EMDR Sessions that require 1.5 hours are charged at £110- please note only processing sessions will be for 1.5 hours which will be discussed with you clinician during the assessment stage
For supervision sessions the fee is for £70 for a professional hour
I am an Accredited practitioner and member of EMDR UK @ EMDR Europe as well as a Senior Accredited BACP Therapist providing therapy for clients and clinical supervision for clinicians.
